Who we are
Fountainhead Schools. The organisation responsible for your information (the Data Fiduciary) is the legal entity that runs the campus your message is for. A message that names no campus is handled by Protego Services Pvt. Ltd, which runs this website on behalf of Fountainhead Schools.
What we collect
What you type, your name and contact details, the campus you chose, and what you told us your message is about. For a visit request, also your child’s name and date of birth. For a job or internship application, your CV.
Our security checks also record a one-way scrambled form of your internet address, which cannot be turned back into it, and the result of an automated “are you a person?” check.
Why
Only to answer you. For a visit, also to arrange the visit and tell you which grade your child is eligible for. For an application, to consider you for the role.
We never use these details for marketing, never sell them, and never use them to profile a child.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare runs this website and the “are you a person?” check.
- Railway hosts our databases. They are currently in Singapore and are moving to India.
- Jev, an automated sorting service, may read the words of your message, with your name, phone number and email removed, to suggest who should answer it. A person can always change its suggestion.
- Google delivers our email.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent, or withdraw a consent you gave, using this form or by writing to privacy@fountainheadschools.org. We respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Language
This notice is available in English, Gujarati (for our Surat and Vapi campuses) and Marathi (for FWGS). Ask us at privacy@fountainheadschools.org for a copy in your language.
